You’ll need:

10 liters of hot water (not boiling, to avoid burns)

1 liter of apple cider vinegar

½ cup of salt

Instructions:

1. Fill a basin with the hot water, apple cider vinegar, and salt.

2. Stir until the salt dissolves.

3. Soak your feet until the water begins to cool.

4. Remove your feet from the basin, dry them carefully, and go to bed—making sure to keep your feet warm during the night.

5. Avoid walking barefoot when you wake up. Instead, wear socks and slippers.

You may not notice a big difference after the first time, but if you repeat this process every evening, you’ll soon feel a significant improvement.
