This simple exercise we’re sharing with you today can significantly reduce belly fat in less than a month.
The popular “iron” exercise—commonly practiced in yoga classes—targets the transverse abdominal muscles, which play a crucial role in reducing belly fat. When performed regularly, this movement
helps flatten your stomach and bring you closer to the toned core you’ve always wanted.
How to perform the exercise:
Lie on your back with your arms resting beside your body. Bend your knees and fully relax your muscles.
Take a deep breath in, then slowly exhale. After inhaling, tighten your abdominal muscles as much as you can, and then forcefully exhale all the air from your lungs.
I like this
and hold this position for about 10–15 seconds, then exhale again.
Your abdominal muscles should remain engaged the entire time—so it's important to take short, shallow breaths in between.
As you finish exhaling, relax your abdominal muscles and return to normal breathing. Then, expel all the remaining air from your lungs.
This powerful technique can produce remarkable results when done consistently.
Give it a try—and within a short time, you’ll both feel and see the difference!
