The famous 'Sunlight' vitamin is more essential to your body than you think.

I have been taking Vitamin D supplements for years, after my blood test results indicated a low vitamin level.

Each of the following 10 signs of Vitamin D deficiency were true for me, and now I want you to know these symptoms that tend to be overlooked before it's too late.

1. You are tired all the time
