There isn't a dog owner who wouldn't want their dog to be able to talk. And sometimes, we are convinced that they understand everything we say and talk to them like we talk to humans.
But while no dog can talk like a human.. the dog in the video below certainly comes close.
This dog's name is Charlie, and he has a hilarious nighttime routine. Every night, Charlie argues with his owner about the time he should go to bed, but he has the loudest voice we've ever heard from a dog.
Sometimes it sounds like Charlie is saying 'blah blah blah', and sometimes it sounds like he's saying 'I love you'. Either way, he makes the whole family burst out laughing.
