A bus driver noticed a child crying on the bus - when the reason was revealed, he acted at the speed of light

If we all took a moment out of our busy lives and looked up, the world would be a better place. After all, we may notice someone who needs help and we can help him. Just like what bus driver John Lunceford did.
John Lunceford is a bus driver in Washington state, where the winter is cold, very cold.
John drives the school bus every day and sees children passing through the doors. During the winter months it is important for parents to make sure that their children are well dressed in warm clothes - coats, hats, and gloves, so that they don't freeze. But unfortunately, not all families can afford it.
One day, a little boy got on John's bus. Tears ran down his cheeks, his hands and ears were red and he was not wearing neither a hat or gloves. John realized he had to do something.
Without hesitation, John sat down next to the boy. He took the gloves off his hands and gave them to the boy and told him everything would be fine. So John realized he needed to do more.
No child should suffer from the cold in winter, and the sociable bus driver decided to do the right thing.
Went to the store
After dropping the boy and his classmates off, John drove straight to the store and bought 10 hats and 10 pairs of gloves. So, he drove to school and left the hats and gloves to the child and other children who were in the samesituation.
"I'm a grandfather, you know. No one wants a child to suffer like that", John explained on the school's Facebook page.

The boy and his parents were very moved by John's heartwarming gesture.
The school felt the same way and decided to make a tribute to John on his Facebook page. The post spread like wildfire, and tens of thousands of people liked it and shared it.
With his little gesture, John made the world a little warmer, and better. For him, it was not a big deal. But in return, he felt the love of thousands of people that he made happy.
