|
A clean and smooth skin is probably everyone's dream goal, especially women. And sometimes it seems that blackheads are the main obstacle in reaching this goal. These black spots that randomlyt appear on the face and nose are the result of an overly oily skin or clogged pores.
When the pores are open and the skin is oily, the oil penetrates them, hardens, and this is how those annoying blackheads appear.
Oil production in pores increases due to hormonal imbalances usually in teenage years, pubescent, menstruation, pregnancy, or when consuming fried and oil-filled foods frequently.
It will be easier to get rid of the blackheads if you start using non-greasy cosmetics as well as natural solutions to help you get rid of them.
