All your life you have peeled potatoes incorrectly - watch this ingenious trick by a master chef
Potatoes are a primary ingredient that is on the menu of almost everyone. But peeling them? Not a fun task at all.
How many times have you stood over the counter with the peeler trying to avoid cutting your finger, only to find out after a few seconds that your finger is bleeding?
Not to mention how boring it is - we can think of 1000 other things we would rather do.
Well, it turns out there is a trick that will make your life a lot easier. It's so smart we had to share it with you!
All you need is:
- A knife
- Pot with boiling water
- And of course, potatoes
Here's what you need to do:
1. Make a small cut with a knife around each potato
2. The cut should be deep enough for you to see through the shell
3. Boil the potatoes normally and when you are done you can simply peel the shell easily from the potatoes.
Not only will the peeling be much faster, the taste of the potatoes will also be much better!
