Maybe you're cursing the cold weather. Maybe you have a bad feeling about a place that did not meet your expectations or serve you well, or maybe just disappointed from some person.

It is very easy to be here in Earth. I mean, it's amazing and fun to be on a beach or in a wonderful place like the Grand Canyon, but it's very easy to take our planet for granted in our daily lives and circumstances.

This is why we bring you the following pictures - so you can watch them and be both inspired by our wonderful earth, but also get a different point of view about how things in your life measure compared to the giant universe.

Watch the pictures, and enjoy:

This is our wonderful Earth

The distance between the earth and the moon. Doesn't look that far, does it?

I like this

Wrong. In fact, any star in the solar system can enter between that distance

And remember we are the little star. The green spot is how North America will look on Jupiter's surface

The Earth can enter 6 times on Saturn's rings and there will still be space for more

I like this

This is what Saturn's rings would look from the ground if they were around Earth

A spacecraft landed on a comet. Just so you get the idea, that's what it looks like compared to Los Angeles

And to remember how huge our sun is

I like this

The view from the moon's ground

And the view from Mars

We're just a little blue dot from Saturn

And we're really that impressive from Neptune

I like this

Earth vs. the Sun - The sun doesn't even fit in the picture

I like this

This is how the sun looks from Mars. Our sunset is much nicer, isn't it?

I like this

It's hard to believe, but there are more stars in space than grains of sand all over our planet

I like this

And our huge sun? It looks tiny compared to other stars

I like this

And if you shrink the sun to the size of a white blood cell, and shrink the Milky Way accordingly, then the Milky Way will be in the size of the United States

I like this

We're here in the Milky Way

I like this

And that's how much we see of it

I like this

To compare, the Milky Way is a very small galaxy relative to IC-1011, which is 350 million light years from Earth

I like this

Only this image from Hubble Telescope has thousands of galaxies, each containing planets and millions of stars in it

I like this

This is how the Earth looks compared to a Black Hole

I like this

So that puts your daily difficulties to perspective. Here's our home

I like this

It's not that big anymore, right?

I like this

Beautiful night in the neighborhood

I like this

From an even greater distance

I like this

And more galaxies

And more
