How to prepare the drink:
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 80 grams of organic gelatin (rich with Kolagen, an ingredient neccessary for building ligaments and tendons)
- A small amount of crushed ginger root
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice from two lemons
- Freshly squeezed orange juice from one orange
- 40 grams crushed almonds
- 40 grams of organic honey
- 7 grams of cinnamon
- Glass of water
Add the ginger to the water and boil for 10 minutes. Let the water cool down. Then mix the lemon juice, gelatin, almonds, pineapple, honey, and cinnamon together in a blender and add the ginger water to the batter, and mix again.
