We recently learned some unfamiliar but highly effective tricks that help hotel laundry workers achieve amazing results when they wash beddings and clothings.

Today we are happy to share these tricks and tips with you and all our readers!

Loading the washing machine

I like this

The ideal option is to load the washing machine up to 80% capacity. If you put in too many clothes, they will not be well washed. On the other hand, if you put too little clothes into the machine, they might get damaged.

Water temperature

I like this

Temperatures between 40°C and 60°C is considered optimal for disinfection of clothing and removal of impurities. Washing with cold water does not remove bacteria and dust mite germs that are found on the bedclothes and towels, while water that are too hot cause damages to the fabric.

Laundry aids

I like this

Softeners tend to accumulate on fabric and eventually make the towels stiff. To avoid this problem, hotel workers use vinegar. Simply add 8ml of vinegar during rinsing to make the fabric soft and remove pollen residue.

Remove stains

I like this

* To remove fresh oil stains, sprinkle them with a sweetener or starch. Then just wash the item.

* Tomato juice stains or sauce can be removed with a few drops of WD-40. Put it on the stain, leave for 5-10 minutes, then wash the item with cold water.

* To get rid of sweat stains in white clothes, use the prewash with any detergent at a temperature of 40°C. Then do a laundry with a whitener.

I like this

* To get rid of coffee and wine stains, soak the clothes in water with a salt mixture (1 tablespoon salt per 1 liter of water) for an hour. Then wash as usual.

Use baking soda to get rid of yellowing on white clothes and remove unpleasant odors. Add half a measuring glass of baking soda to the detergent or home soap, and wash the clothes with warm water.

Drying

I like this

Experts recommend that clothes are dried out in the air, exposed to sunlight. If you need to use a dryer, put a tennis ball into it to make the towels soft and fluffy.
